Lilian's started with a backyard smoker, a family recipe box, and a simple belief: good barbecue brings people together. What began as weekend cookouts for friends and neighbors grew into Circleville's go-to spot for real, wood-smoked street BBQ.

Today we still do it the slow way — rubbed by hand, smoked overnight, and served with a smile. Whether you're grabbing a plate off the pit or feeding a hundred at your event, you're family at Lilian's.
